The firm’s principal, Darrell Beck, Ph.D., CMC, has more than thirty years of organizational consulting experience spanning a diverse base of client organizations. Dr. Beck’s experience includes numerous Fortune 500 firms as well as mid-sized businesses in many sectors of the economy.
Joanne Beck
Joanne has over thirty years of experience with selection, development, and coaching through various management positions held at a Fortune 200 financial firm. Now, as a consultant certified to use various psychological assessment tools, she is able to identify core traits, paths for development, and improve leadership skills.
