Joanne has twenty-seven years of experience with selection, development, and coaching through various management positions held at a Fortune 200 financial firm. Her passion for human resources taught her how to implement improvement programs for both individuals and teams. Now, as a consultant certified to use various psychological assessment tools, she is able to identify core traits, paths for development, improve leadership skills, and increase team performance. In addition to individual assessment tools she also offers 360° evaluations. Joanne joined the firm in 1999.
